Delete your Yaad account

You can request deletion here in your browser, even if you have uninstalled Yaad. Sign in, review what will be removed, and confirm your request below.

This permanently removes your account, the books you own, and associated interviews, media, generated files, and personal data. People you invited will lose access to those books.

Books owned by someone else stay theirs. Your contributions to them must be removed as part of your request; that may need additional processing.

Deletion takes time. This page distinguishes a received request from completed removal. A minimal deletion record and required compliance records remain.

Checking sign-in…

If you cannot sign in or need help, email hello@yaad.ai to request account deletion. Include the email address used for Yaad; do not send your password or private recordings. We will verify your identity before acting.

Our retention and deletion policy explains limited records and recovery history that may remain, and copies saved outside Yaad.
